味の感想は、ゆずの香りが先にきますね。
鰹節後入れですが、これでいいのかとは思いますが、
鰹節も利いています。
餃子との、バランスも悪くはないですね。
さっぱり、おいしいラーメンです。
あと、メンマの歯ごたえが、絶妙で、普段食べているものとは、
違っていましたね
外国の方にも食べていただきたいですね
