This year’s Sake Tour will take sake lovers to sake breweries across Japan from Kyushu to Hokkaido, guiding you discover the varying characteristics of water, rice and brewing techniques in different regions. By introducing an array of seasonal and new products, we would also like to share the unique stories behind every brewery and present a refreshing take on this beloved drink.
